Dear Members of the Board,

As a vested resident and current candidate for a POA board position, I would like to express my opposition to filling the General Manager position at this time.

The decision to hire a general manager is one of the most impactful decisions of a board. For the sake of fairness, continuity, and transparency, it would best serve the residents if the incoming board-elected by the residents to guide our community forward- were entrusted with this important decision.

Therefore, I respectfully urge the current Board to defer any action to fill the General Manager position until after the new board has been seated.
